How do I place my membership on hold?

Email westorlando@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing 14 business days before the next payment is due. Once payment processes there are no refunds.

We have a 3 month hold policy for medical issues related to injury, surgery, or pregnancy/child birth. Additional time can be added to a hold on a case by case basis.

All other holds can vary from 1-3 months in length and requests must be submitted in writing and confirmed by FIT4MOM West Orlando staff. Monthly membership fee will resume at the completion of the requested hold time.
