There is a $60 enrollment fee for all new monthly memberships. If you sign up for membership within 48 hours of your first class, we offer half off ($30) the enrollment fee.

If you cancel your membership and then wish to rejoin, you pay a $30 reactivation fee to rejoin.

Members who transfer to us from another FIT4MOM franchise will not be charged enrollment fee.
